Investment Advisor – Smaller Pieces, Bigger Pie
This illustration, for Investment Advisor Magazine, goes along with an article explaining that firms that open up profit sharing for more partners or employees are more likely to grow. In other words for those of you at the top, the pie doesn’t shrink – the pie just gets bigger. Conceptually, I linked that idea to having more faucets, and in turn, more “water” to let flow when it comes to profit.
